- Service: regular (hourly) home and apartment cleaning in Dubai by LUMINA’s own trained, employed cleaners (never freelancers). Living spaces, bedrooms, kitchen surfaces and bathrooms: dusting, vacuuming and mopping. Windows: the inside glass only, within the booked time (no balcony, outside or facade glass, and no separate window-cleaning service). Not offered in this booking: deep cleaning, specialist treatments, move-out cleaning.
- Price: each cleaner costs AED 50 for the first hour and AED 30 for each extra hour. No VAT is added. The first hour costs more because it includes the cleaner’s travel. Optional cleaning supplies AED 20 per cleaner per visit. Weekly visits 20% off the cleaning, fortnightly 15% off.
- Suggested visits: 1 hour for a studio, 2 hours for a 1-bedroom home, 3 hours for a 2-bedroom home, 4 hours for a 3-bedroom home, and 3 hours with 2 cleaners for a home with 4 or more bedrooms.

- Visits: 1 to 6 hours, 1 to 2 cleaners, every day, 09:00–18:00 (Dubai time). Book 10 hours to 28 days ahead. One-off, weekly or fortnightly.
- Cancellation: Free cancellation up to 12 hours before your visit. After that, we refund 50%. No refund once cleaning starts.

### Order workflow

1. Read get_lumina_cleaning_service for current selection limits, prices and policies.
2. With a registered integration key, call find_cleaning_times with the complete service address, customer-supplied and explicitly confirmed coordinates (coordinateSource manual_coordinates), selection and dates in Asia/Dubai. Never infer the building entrance from a search result. Without confirmed coordinates, use the booking map.
3. Ask the customer to choose a time. Call prepare_cleaning_order with bookingSession, slotToken and a unique idempotencyKey; retain that key for identical retries.
4. Open the returned checkoutUrl to review the visit, address, itemized total and cancellation terms. Confirm contact details, accept terms and pay on LUMINA. An authorized browser agent may complete these steps with customer approval. Keep the orderToken private.
5. Call get_cleaning_order with orderToken for server-confirmed payment and booking status. Preparation, payment processing and confirmation are different states. Poll no more than once per 15 seconds.

Payments use Stripe's card integration, including eligible Link checkout and agent-issued virtual cards. Link agent wallet availability depends on the buyer's region and provider access. Single-use agent cards are unsuitable for automatic weekly/fortnightly charges: use a reusable customer payment method and obtain explicit recurring consent. Native ACP Instant Checkout and delegated payment tokens are not enabled by this integration.
