How much does home cleaning in Dubai cost with LUMINA?
Each LUMINA cleaner is AED 50 for the first hour (which covers team travel to your door while still giving you a full 60 minutes of cleaning) and AED 30 for every hour after that. Weekly plans save 20% and every-2-weeks plans save 15%. Optional professional supplies and equipment cost AED 20 per cleaner per visit, or free if we use your own. Who will clean my home, and are they trained?
A full-time LUMINA cleaner who works only for us. We hire every cleaner ourselves and train them to European standards, and we never send people from other companies. LUMINA is fully licensed and insured in Dubai, and our cleaners are on time, quiet, polite and respectful of your privacy.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No, you do not need to be home. When you book, simply add a note telling us how your cleaner gets in, such as collecting the key from building reception/concierge or using a key box. When the clean is finished, your cleaner uploads before-and-after photos directly to your booking so you can check the results from your phone.
Can I book the same cleaner again?
Yes. After your first visit with LUMINA, you can book the exact same cleaner again whenever they are free, either for one-off visits or on a weekly or every-2-weeks plan.
Do you bring cleaning products and a vacuum, and do you clean windows?
Yes. You can choose for us to bring the complete LUMINA professional kit, including our cordless vacuum, flat mop, squeegee, microfiber cloths, and cleaning products, for AED 20 per cleaner per visit, or we can use your own home supplies at no extra cost. Inside windows are cleaned within your booked visit time.
Is there a contract, and what is your cancellation policy?
There is no contract, no maid visa, and no sponsorship required. You pay per visit by card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. You can change or cancel your visit free of charge in My Bookings. And if you're ever not happy with something, tell us on WhatsApp or email and we will make it right.
