For towers and apartment buildings

Search for your building if you like, then drag the map so the pin sits on it. A search result can point to the middle of a building rather than the entrance your cleaner should use.

Enter the tower or building name and apartment number separately. Add an optional floor, landmark and arrival instructions when helpful. Keep entry codes in the private access notes, never in a campaign link or public address label.

For communities with more than one entrance

Check the community or area name as well as the building. Move the pin to the entrance that serves your apartment, and describe the relevant gate, reception or visitor check-in in the private arrival notes.

If a development has similarly named buildings, verify your own tower and unit before continuing. Moving a pin does not replace your apartment or building details; review both together.

If your area isn’t covered yet

We check your pin against the area we clean, not a list of neighbourhood names. If we don’t cover your area yet, you’ll see that as soon as you set your pin.

Place the pin on your building and add a landmark if it’s hard to find. If a covered address shows no times, try other dates or contact LUMINA. No times on a day doesn’t mean we don’t cover your address.

When search or location permission is unavailable

You can place or move the pin yourself. You do not need to grant device location permission or background location access to book.

Search results only move the map. We check your pin against the area we clean and tell you clearly if it’s outside, so nearby emirates are never treated as Dubai.

Before you confirm

Check the building or tower, apartment number, area, pin and any arrival notes. Changing a saved address never moves a visit you’ve already booked.
