Home cleaning in JLT

Jumeirah Lake Towers (JLT) is a group of towers around lakes, in clusters named with letters. Most homes are studios and 1- to 3-bedroom apartments.

Homes in JLT

Some JLT towers have homes and offices in one building. If you work long hours, a weekly visit keeps your apartment clean.

Access to your home

When you book, add your cluster letter, tower name and apartment number. Some towers have one entrance for homes and another for offices. Put the pin on the entrance your cleaner should use.

What we clean

Every visit is regular cleaning by LUMINA’s own trained cleaners: living spaces and bedrooms, kitchen surfaces and bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming and mopping. Your cleaner can also clean the inside of your windows, within the hours you book. Balcony glass and the outside of windows are not included. LUMINA does not offer deep cleaning or move-out cleaning.

Prices in JLT

Each cleaner costs AED 50 for the first hour and AED 30 for each extra hour (AED 15 for an extra half hour). The price is the same everywhere in Dubai. Weekly visits save 20% on the cleaning, and visits every 2 weeks save 15%.
