What you pay for
Cleaning costs AED 40 per cleaner per hour, VAT included. Two cleaners for three hours means three hours in your home and six cleaner-hours, so the cleaning costs AED 240.
Every visit is regular cleaning by LUMINA’s own trained employees: living spaces and bedrooms, kitchen surfaces and bathrooms, with dusting, vacuuming and mopping. Regular cleaning for your apartment. Specialist treatments, deep cleaning and move-out services are outside this booking.
Cleaning supplies
Choose “We bring them” and your cleaner arrives with everything needed, for AED 20 per cleaner per visit. Or we’ll use yours at no extra cost.
Weekly and fortnightly visits
A weekly routine saves 15% on the cleaning and a fortnightly routine saves 10%. Each visit is charged 72 hours before it starts, and you can skip or cancel visits online.
Visit length and team size
Book 1 to 6 hours per visit with up to 3 cleaners. Visits run every day, 09:00–18:00 (Dubai time). Book at least 12 hours and up to 28 days ahead.
Paying and cancelling
Pay securely by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay when you book. A quote isn’t a booking: your visit is confirmed once payment succeeds.
Cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your visit. After that, 50% of the price is refunded; once a visit has started, it isn’t refundable.
